He has tested, checked, and verified the functionality of his PC to the FA website.

Then I found out about using Firefox. I haven't had a single issue since then on the auction site. It's not foolproof as I know BillyWaz had a small issue in the last auction, but who knows what caused that.

Just consider downloading it. I would, at a minimum, go to FA.com and do a mock auction or 2 to test your system either way.
