The league gave him a 4 week pass. I think it would lose a lot of credibility of it didn't take action.

Onterrio will most likely play this week, and don't be shocked if he isn't suspended the full 4 games, as I can't recall the NFL delaying and delaying a suspension like this in quite sometime.
