I bought Holmes for $59, and then let L. Johnson go for $17 to another owner...In this high stakes format, I'm looking for that homerun by buying Priest. Taking L.Johnson would hurt my Auction wallet by spending $17 on a player that may not be used much. I cross my fingers, and do my MoJo dance, and pray for a healthy Priest...

I'm looking at it in reverse. If you spend a high $$ or draft pick on Holmes and he performs all year you got exactly what you hoped for. If you spend less $$ or a 4th rounder on LJ and he only gets what he got last year - at worst you got a good flex player. You get more than that due to increased playing time or a Preist injury....now that's swinging for the fences.
Anyone who drafted Holmes without the LJ handcuff is already skating on thin ice IMO.
By the way, nice mojo tag at the bottom of your posts - best I've seen so far.

Does any see joey harrington having any "mojo" this weekend?

Route C, it's hard to say what will happen over the next few weeks. I truly feel that the only time Holmes will miss this year will be due to a game that KC is winning by enough that he rests the 4th quarter...If he does get hurt, I will kick my own ass for not getting LJ...
The Next Big Thing

I don't feel any consistant MoJo with Harrington, but after seeing what happened to Brees last year, anything is possible.

I guess the LJ ???? has been answered. Anybody else enjoy his points at the Flex this week.

Lil' Larry at the flex, while starting Dillon & Rudi was everything we hoped it would be. The landslide has begun and nothing can now withstand the force and momentum of Lil' Larry. Enjoy, all you owners out there with the privilege of being able to flex a player with Larry Lar's explosiveness. I'm curious.....how many of our NFFC owners, from all three cities, who drafted Holmes, managed to handcuff Larry?
