Do our Credit Cards get charged the same time as the other league, or immediatly with these slow drafts?

nevermind..saw its full..put me in teh next 50 dollar league..that seems to be filling alot faster than my 125 one..i just want the next league to fill basically. didnt check the board today and lost out on the 50 dollar one..bummer.
