Edward and Konstantinos are new to our family of high-stakes events, but we welcome them with open arms. Best of luck in the hunt for the $200,000 grand prize guys and thanks for trusting in us.

Chicago is on a roll this week as even people from Florida are coming to the Windy City to draft in the NFFC. Our latest tag team consists of Erik Waldron and Joe Ciardullo of Delray Beach, Florida and they will be flying to the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott to compete in the NFFC's main event on Saturday, Sept. 4th. Erik and Joe are new to our family of high-stakes events, so welcome aboard. Oh, and best of luck in the hunt for the $200,000 grand prize.

That's nine signups in the last two days, so let's keep 'em coming and get this event rockin'.

Okay, we're honored to welcome our 37th team from the National Fantasy Baseball Championship to our gridiron contest as the tag team of David Fishman and David Martin of New York, N.Y. has agreed to participate in the NFFC's main event at the New York Hilton on Saturday, Sept. 4th. Ride the Puffins (their team name in the NFBC) led the NFBC overall standings for a good portion of the early season and Michael says they still have a good chance to win their league title. But they're ready for some football and will try their hand at this contest. Thanks for joining the growing NFFC family guys and best of luck in the hunt for the $200,000 grand prize.

We're glad to welcome Art Greathouse of Rancho Cordova, California to our growing NFFC family as Art just signed up for the NFFC's main event at the Flamingo in Las Vegas. I'm going to give credit to Bret and Nancy Borg for this one as I think they convinced Art to join them at the NFFC draft in Las Vegas!!! Gotta love that word of mouth advertising! Anyway, I hear that Art played a little college football in Arizona (I'll let him spill the beans on that career if he'd like) and knows a little something about quality running backs! We're honored to have you with us, Art, and best of luck in the hunt for the $200,000 grand prize.

Let's give it up for another one of our National Fantasy Baseball Championship teams, which has finally found the time to sign up for our gridiron contest. Heath Shaffer and Adam Finklein of Rotochamps.com from Issaquah, Washington have just signed up to compete in the NFFC's main event at the Flamingo in Las Vegas on Saturday, Sept. 4th, thus becoming our 38th NFBC team to join us here. The Rotochamps.com team has been in the NFBC's Top 10 of the overall standings often this year and is in the running for the $100,000 grand prize over there right now. Welcome to the growing NFFC family guys and best of luck in the hunt for the $200,000 grand prize.

If they live in Manhattan, why not go to the NYC event? ;)
Hello. My name is Lee Scoresby. I come from Texas, like flying hot-air balloons, being eaten by talking polar bears and fantasy football.

Now the baseball guys are starting to turn their attention to football. Aaron Seefeldt of Northbrook, Illinois thus becomes our 40th NFBC team to join the NFFC's main event as he has committed to compete at the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott on Saturday, Sept. 4th. Aaron is competing for an NFBC league title right now and is 11th in the overall rankings, so we wish him best of luck down the stretch in that contest. Aaron, who flew to Las Vegas in baseball to compete in the NL Auction League and then flew back to draft in Chicago the next day for the NFBC (it's a long story, don't ask), has already signed up for the NFFC Auction League and is adding the main event to his shopping cart. Glad to have you on board for the doubleheader in Chicago, Aaron, and best of luck in the hunt for the $200,000 grand prize.

Have no fear about the Auction League going off as planned in Chicago, Aaron, as there are at least three teams from Wisconsin who are sending payment on Thursday for that contest. We'll officially announce the names soon, but all is good in the Windy City. See you there.

Okay, we're experiencing a good push for Chicago right now as we received another signup for the Oakbrook Marriott. The tag team of Jon Clift of Lees Summitt, Missouri and Lonny Graves of Columbia, Missouri will be coming to Chicago to compete in the NFFC's main event on Saturday, Sept. 4th. Jon and Lonny are new to our family of high stakes games and they are VERY excited to compete in the NFFC. Welcome aboard guys, best of luck in the hunt for the $200,000 grand prize and get those other league members to convince their wives that joining the NFFC is a good thing!!! We'd love to have them as well.
