ZMan v. BWaz - Who is your $ on?

Post by bald is beautiful » Mon Aug 25, 2008 5:42 am

This is an alltime classic matchup. The #1 ranked fantasy player at WCOFF v. #1 lifetime ranking at NFFC. Not in just one league, but two.

So, who will win? We need an odds board up in Vegas. Or maybe on the message board.

How to declare the winner in a head-to-head matchup? Will the winner be most total points scored combined in both leagues, or most $ won?

And before either one of you give some bs about so many other good players in your leagues, fuhgetaboutit. This is clash of the titans.

I'll take the field in both of their leagues for anyone who wants to bet straight up.

While the thread is flattering, there is also the #2 in lifetime standings (Glenn Schroter), one of the best LIVE drafters (Kyle Pope/Derek Anderson), a guy who wrote a chapter in a fantasy football book (Michael Weber), KJ Duke, Hardheads, Bill Ezzell, and SEVEN others who I don't think are just going to "roll over"!

Should be TWO great leagues, and I am sure the boards will be keeping an eye on these two leagues (among others) all season long!

I'm looking forward to the challenge!!!! :D

EDIT: Sorry Jack, I just read the last line, but it is true! ;) If it was Z-man and myself and a bunch of people we never heard of... fine, but there are 4-5 OTHER KNOWN great players in BOTH leagues!

If I have to stay within the parameters I'll go with BWaz...I sense there will be some nice wagering going down at Fisher's Friday night party. Better bring a lot of cash...

First of all, very honored to be listed in this thread.

The one thing I hate is that the more I learn about my fellow competitors, playing in wcoff/nffc year after year, the tougher and tougher these leagues seem to be. It's like there are several world-ranked players in every league now!

I miss the old days when no one knew anybody and we all believed we were just playing against a bunch of monkeys. -z-
