Geckling or Gekkling
As we all anxiously await the next NFL game a new topic of debate has arisen on the board. What is the proper term for Gordon Gekko heckling?
Geckling or Gekkling
Imagine logging onto the board for the first time and coming across this thread. I guess “membership has its privileges” one of which may or may not be classic interactions with Gordo.

nnoy...remember when you posted that you were a big shot in some company, and then you made the mistake of posting later that you had to hide your internet tracks at work? haha! i remembered that one today. produced a great big belly laugh. colleagues remembered and enjoyed too. big director has to hide. hahaha! thanks for that one man. you have no credibility here.
the score always has been and will be:
Gekko 100
nnoy 0
Case closed. Next!

Touché Gordo.
This thread never has and never will be about me. I don’t intend to use this as a forum to put myself over on other people.
As you can likely infer from the writing level of my posts I am one of the most educated guys on the board. Yes, I am a Director, and yes I do have a JD and an MBA from a top-25 program. But that and $4.49 will get me a value meal at McDonalds.
There are plenty of highly educated professionals in the NFBC and NFFC. It’s kind of hard for a guy at the lumberyard to come up with $1250 to do a fantasy league.
At the end of the day our individual backgrounds count for very little when it comes to winning this thing. Sure some of us spend more time than others preparing (e.g. any team with Shipp or Buckhalter) and we all use different methods to formulate player valuations. But “I make more money than you” or “I’m smarter than you” has no place here, that’s too third grade for most of us that don’t still live with mom (perhaps like you?)
