we've talked about the top impact rookie RB's this year, who are your top impact rookie WR's this year? None.

Seriously. I just don't think this is a strong group of rookie WRs. Keep in mind that most WRs need 2-3 years to adjust and that includes the ones who are taken in the first round. This year, there wasn't a single WR taken in the first round. That should be a strong signal that many of these guys aren't ready for major roles yet. And that's what we're seeing and hearing in camps. Gusy like Hardy, Kelly, Thomas and Sweed are all struggling to get adjusted to the game.
Eddie Royal. ;)
Josh Morgan! ;)
Not with that collection of garbage at QB. ;)
Tom, I'd normally agree, but as an FYI J.T. O'Sullivan finished the night with a perfect QB rating against the Bears tonight.

I'm just sayin...

Keep in mind that I really like Nashville. And Franklin, TN is beautiful!
please correct me if i'm wrong. but, it seems to me that there's a big gap of presence in the NFFC/NBC from the southeastern part of the country. is it because we are the hotbed of college football? [/QB]
I think that is a very big reason. I also just don't think the NFFC has found the right city yet.

I can tell you, if it goes to N.O., I'm there. I love Vegas, but I go there other times throughout the year. N.O. could use our $$$ and I'd guess the convention space would come less expensive.

Ok, enuf on New Orleans. [/QB]
i like the st' louis thing, too. :D :D

OK that's all the time I have for tonight. I have to get off the computer at some point. :D The next few days should be very exciting as we try to fill everything up just right. Stay tuned and if you haven't signed up yet - what are you waiting for? Not one, but two chances to win $100,000 plus all of our league prizes? Four great cities to draft in? The NBC crew in New York. Miss Hooters International in Vegas. Not one but two defending overall champs in Chicago and the brilliance of the Florida fun in Orlando.

What more could a serious fantasy football player ask for? We have it all so sign up today and take one of our remaining spots. I promise you won't regret it.

Tom,
Last night in our satellite, we took Gore at pick 7 in round 1. After tonight, I'm starting to buy into the fact that Martz could make a big difference.
My question...we also took C Palmer with the 7th pick in rd 4. I know his stock has dropped a little since the Bengals seem like a mess and the WRs are banged up, but I thought that was excellent value. What do you think?

Rich, I'm not Tom, but I think there is a chance for the Bengals to go off this year in the passing game. As much as I don't like Henry, when he gets in there, he makes their offense potent.

Add to it that they have real question marks at RB.

With that said, I think 4.07 is a little early for Palmer. I'd rather wait until the back of the 4th or Big Ben. I know if you let Palmer pass, neither of them make it back to you at the end of the 5th, however.

Just my $0.02.

Cooley or Clark?

Cooley by far. Clark will be most affected by the return of Harrison.

Cooley in the WCO is $$$

My top 5 future NFFC cities in no particular order:

New Orleans
Atlantic City
Dallas
Denver
St. Louis I'll comment on these....

New Orleans- One of my top choices also, but hurricane season would always be a worry.

Atlantic City- No point in having another event only 2 hours from the other one.

Dallas- Definitely an option, but WCOFF tried it this year, and I don;t think it went over too well.

Denver- Great city, but I think it is a bit too close to Vegas.

St. Louis- Too close to Chicago.

My top 5 (other than one's you mentioned). In no particular order (assuming Vegas, Chicago, and NY were the "Big 3")....

1. Atlanta - Big city, big airport, and Buckhead is great!

2. San Antonio- The Riverwalk and Alamo might be enough of a draw. I heard it is beautiful there.

3. Memphis- Again, a fun city (Beale Street) and gambling only 1/2 hour away (Tunica).

4. Pittsburgh- Only because I lived there Truly is a great city!

5. San Diego- Card rooms, casinos, and beaches...works for me! :D Oh ytea, and Tijuana is only ashort drive away (provided you can get back in the country. Oh, never mind...ANYONE can get back in! )
