By the same token, magically he will be a top 5 back behind a poor offensive line?
Alge? Braylon? Knowshon?
C'mon parents!

Doughboys,
He has been the best RB in the NFL and for fantasy for 6 or 7 years. The "magically" would be how he could suddenly be a "bum" as many define him as. The problems he has gone through that have hurt his productivity this year are things that would/could hurt any RB on any team, at any talent level of any age.
I think even with a below average offensive line he will be productive... just as long as no 280LB beast rolls up on his ankle again.

I played Drew Brees over Shaun Hill.
WTF was I thinking????
Keenan Burton over M.Mossoquoi in my auction (may cost me the win).
and finally....Chester Taylor over Cadillac Williams. The verdict is still out on this one, but I need 15+ from Chester and Mason Crosby to win my Classic game. Caddy got 11.9, so I am pretty confident Crosby can get 4, but this is the THIRD consecutive MNF game where I need points or an rooting against someone for my Classic team.
WHAT FUN!!!

Terrell Davis was just absolutely wonderful and suddenly, he wasn't.
John Brockington made tacklers look like wussies and suddenly the wussies looked like monsters.
Tomlinson's best years are gone, we all turn the page.

As Snake stated, Bowe was a HUGE dissapointment! One catch and not until the 4th?
Justin Gage too, I stated on the WDIS thread that I feel he is a MUST START, ohhhh boy.
Choice and LJ over Barber wasn't too bad, but only due to Phillips' and Garrets' uselessness.
Only week 4 and I noticed some teams not picking up a bye week replacement at kicker, and in the Main Event my opponent started Tony Gonzalez. What gives? Replacements for such can be had for only 1 FAAB.

Maybe they didn't want to drop anyone, I have Gonzo at TE and did drop someone for Robert Royal, I now have to drop both Royal's for a Full House.
Will those extra 2 points make the differents this week, will see. But I sure wish I pickup Ryan. Add I did have M.Bennett as well.

I would have thought the same thing but this team had another TE (sorta) on it's bench in Jeremy Stevens.
My only guess is that maybe they had difficulty with the conditional bidding and/or did not put in enough options to insure they at least had a body in there.
But why not drop your Kicker for another one when you can usually pick your guy back up the following week with too much of an investment?

Anyways, horrible week for me all around - yet I still somehow managed a win in both the Main and Primetime events, scoring under 120 in each. Stayed even in the standings but I'll take my win and keep on.

You can include Shawn Alexander to that list too. I absolutely agree that players (especially RB's) can "all of a sudden" drop significantly to a point of low production. I absolutely agree LT's best years are behind him.
My point is that I beleive he still has enough left in the tank to put together another big year. I don't believe those who are judging his first month as a sign they were somehow "right" that he is finished or not worth his draft position, are being fair when basing it on an injury that could have happened to any RB in the league at any age.
As I have said before.. If LT was coming up with repeated pulled muscles and wear and tear type injuries than I would agree with those saying he is done. But that hasn't been the case and wasn't the case last year when even with an injury riddled season he was a top 6 or 7 RB in fantasy.
I am interested to see how he does from week 6 through the remainder of the season. Maybe I will be proven wrong. I believe he is going to be good.
