Greg, I'm disappointed you didn't join the pickem contest, because you could have staked your thoughts financially with your pretend dollars!!!Yeah Marc, that all came about during early November when I was in Phoenix one week and then Manhattan the next and I honestly didn't keep up with that thread. I saw your e-mail when I was in New York and wasn't even sure what you were talking about. I've followed it since then and probably would have gone the same way as Johnny Z!! :D I love to bet on football TOO MUCH and I'm as bad as they come at it. But I sure love it.

Tell KOQ to go ALL IN this week and win it NOW!!! :D

Maybe next year. Right now I'm just concentrating on that NFFC Auction League team and six other teams still battling for league titles. Should be a fun finish to the season.

The Brett Favre "Texas Stadium curse" continues. I'm not sure it's a "curse" Billy. Those Packer-Cowboys games down there in the '90s were classic matchups with the Cowboys having Super Bowl championship teams. We couldn't win there in the playoffs and we seemed to play there each regular season too. The one that got away was the Thanksgiving Day game in 1994 when Jason Garrett filled in at QB and won it for the Cowboys. They sure blew that one, but many other losses during those years the Cowboys were just the better team, I hate to say.

But you are right, the Packers have had their troubles down there. That's why we need them in Lambeau Field on Sunday, Jan. 20th for the NFC Championship Game!!! :D I'll be there if it happens, longjohns, flask and all!! :D

34-20 Pack as Hawk and Kampman twist Romo a few times forcing him to spectate.

The way I'm looking at it is that this is probably Romo's biggest game of his career. I think he'll be sweating like a Tijuana hooker and the Gunslinger (aka Favre) will show the young 'un what being a QB is all about.

I like the Packers to at least cover but I think they'll win outright with a 34-28 score. Of course, whether I bet my NFFC money that way is another story altogether.
I'll say "Ho, Ho, Ho" any damn time I please
