LOL,uh-ohhh,
Tom,i went to the home page and clicked on the leagues link, from there it took me to a page that had a pic of Chad on it,and i clicked on the CLASSIC link.
And it went on from there to the info page.
I notice that i cant get there now,so i am guessing it got taken down after i registered.

Hang tight a bit longer Tom and we'll let everyone know when the site is ready. We want your registration as badly as you do but our tech guys need to finalize a few things first.

Sorry bout that Tom.
I will wait until you guys give me the GO sign to register.
Two things though,
1.I gave up some sensitive info, hope it is safe.
2.I dont know if it is being set up to do this, but it would be very nice if someone could go to the registration page, enter their info once, and sign up for all the things they want right then and there, for example,say,2 CLASSIC teams and 2 PRIMETIME teams and 3 packs for the 12 and 14 onlines all at once, instead of entering all info many times.

Tom, you should be able to sign up for multiple leagues once the site goes live. It was set up that way for the NFBC and everything looks the same for the NFFC based on what I've seen so far.

My guess is I may be conservative on both the 100/3000 but wanted to make it appear realistic. I have to admit Scott, I'm no different than anyone else involved in this space right now: I'm following everything that is happening with WCOFF and reading every message board daily and I can't stay away. This is like a bad soap opera, but unfortunately a lot of real lives are being affected like yours. I don't have any skin in this game as far as payments from WCOFF, but the way all of this has been handled with the customers just has me totally intrigued and I'm watching to see how this all plays out like most folks are.
Is that wrong? I don't think so, but the sad reality is that we've seen this play before in this space over the last five years. I never thought AFFL would go under, even though I questioned his payouts at the time. I certainly didn't think Fantasy Jungle would skirt town without paying out prizes and I never even knew they had the risk to not fulfill prizes. I didn't like either of the FFOC or Rapid Draft business plans, but others felt they had the financial backing to last. In less than three years, both are either gone or in serious trouble.
And who pays for all of these miscues?? The consumer, of course.
It's time to trust sound business plans again and if it looks too good to be true it probably is. Big pockets can come into this space and predict big things on a spreadsheet, but the reality is that there are only x amount of folks who can play at the high-stakes level and only so many die-hards who will even pay at the $350 level or up online. People need to understand the dynamics of this space and the realities of the customer base and plan accordingly. Shooting for the moon with the big grand prizes is foolish and not even in the best interests of the players.
It's a weird time right now. I'm reading and agreeing with Lenny's comments, but those are on another contest's boards. The founder of the WCOFF is writing on a competitor's boards and getting attacked for sticking up for Dustin. Very weird indeed. But in many ways I do agree with what he says. Lenny's a good guy and this has to be painful to watch. Dammit Lenny, we should have done that deal together in 2002 like we planned!! Then none of this would have happened.
Anyway, I'll keep reading. I can't stop. But in the meantime, we're going forward with our plans and hopefully we'll start taking signups and begin that Signup List before tonight's NFL Draft. Let's make sure our house is in order first and the rest will have to take care of itself.

Any ETA on when the site will be live and sign ups can begin formally?
Scott DEFINITELY TODAY!!! It's all done and we will start the signup thread TODAY!! The site looks great. Thanks for your patience all, but it's ready to go.
Oh, and just as an add on, we will have Special Package deals for signups before July 1st, but we aren't taking any payments until Aug. 1st. We want your commitment, not your money!! We will only run payments on any early Slow Drafts, NFFC '60s or Satellite Leagues that run before Aug. 1st. But everything else you can sign up now, secure your spots in those leagues and not worry about payment until Aug. 1st.
Now, LET THE SEASON BEGIN!!! [/QUOTE]Where are these package deals, Greg???
I'm anxious to commit some of my fantasy $$$.
That is unless KOQ already gobbled up all of the package deal $$$!

That is unless KOQ already gobbled up all of the package deal $$$! If you click on any of the SIGN UP NOW buttons or go to your HOME link in the green navigational bar and then pull down to Signups, you'll see it right there on the registration page. There's a pulldown that says Choose package with three options:
2-Pack: (NFFC Classic and NFFC Primetime Main Events or 2 of each for $2,800, no Events Fees and no Co-Manager Fees, a savings of up to $200)
3-Pack: NFFC Main Event, NFFC Auction Championship and NFFC Draft Champions Championship for $3,100. Again, no Events Fees, no Co-Manager fees for each, for a potential savings of up to $300
NFFC Online Championship 3-Pack: Three Online Championship entries for $1,000, a savings of $50.
These packages will be good through July 1st for anyone who commits early. The Events Fees are still the lowest in the industry, yet with the live event expenses continuing to rise each year we need to have these. If you know you're going to be competing with us in multiple events, feel free to sign up early, secure your spots and save some money. We still don't need your registration fees until Aug. 1st, so everyone wins.
Thanks all and check out everything. We sure have a lot to offer in 2011.
