Right now you are wondering, "Could they really be THAT good?"

and

"I'm pretty good - is there another level out there? What if I come in last? What if Leaderboard puts up spots 1-5 in each league and embarasses us? DO I quit playing fantasy football?"

Your fear is appropriate. We will teach you that risk has consequences.

This whole thread reminds me of a scene in "Not Another Teen Movie":

Cheerleader 1: You better bring it.

Cheerleader 2: Oh, it's already been brought-en.

Gents - I'm available for the Monday night draft and will be happy to represent the WORLD. Sign me up for "B" and let me know if I have to do anything else.

I have a little problem. My boss. It doesn't look I can get off to do the draft live. I could put a draft list in and take my chances if no one minds??

Will this league be drafted ... and maintained on the same sites as our NFFC leagues? If not ... where?

Interesting format, sounds fun. Just trying to figure if I can squeeze 1 more league in this season. Everything the same as the 'standard' NFFC rules, but we are going to do draft slot bidding. That is as soon as the leagues are full (SOON!?) I'm going to circulate a sheet to fill out - you can use all or none of your $1,000 Free agent budget to 'bid' on your draft slot. If you think you'd rather have a specific pick than free agent money then go ahead and have a shot at it. The process will be made explicitly clear the instant the leagues fill up.

Hop in if you want - give it a whirl ;)

Dave
[/QUOTE]Dave - I have no problem with bidding for draft spots. However, unless this puppy fills up soon, I don't see how it will be done; especially for the Sunday Draft. I'm going to guess that at least a couple of players are going to enjoy the last weekend before Labor Day outdoors.

I'm already in for the Monday Draft and could likely fill out a form from my office. However, as soon as I leave today I doubt I'll be reading message boards much this weekend.

All right, my arms hurting from all the twisting. Put me in on Monday, already have a draft on Sunday so can't do that one.

I'm looking for some additional action so if there is still a spot available for Monday night count me in for the World Team.
