Does someone have a set to take Jamal..he could lead that owner to a division title but the playoffs may be another thing..then again...the last few football players seem to beat the charges ...except my boy Art..he has to stop doubling up.....

Hey Midas ..tough drafting early...never seen so many starting spots up for grabs....word on henry is negative on the x-rays and just banged up..but it'll be quite interesting to see who will be the main man in Buffalo....

I don't mean to compare the NFFC with any other high stakes contest, but there are currently five events scheduled over that two weekend period in September and the market is having trouble supporting them all. Greg, you were too kind. Let me sum it up in my words...
1) NFFC - Best customer service around (by far). Fairest scoring system. Weekly prizes and goodie bags galore. Don't have to spend money on an un-used hotel room, etc... Squeaky clean image
2) WCOFF - First legit high stakes fantasy football event. Customer service is average (at best). Scoring system heavily favors RB. Almost makes it a necessity to go RB-RB-RB. Not much skill in that. In one year, the NFBC already replaced the WCOFB as the premier high stakes fantasy baseball event. The future holds the same fate for the WCOFF.
3) RotoBowl - I think the lure of the FHM party has some owners thinking they can "score" with some ladies at the after party. Please...
4) Kahuna - Probably only have 70 or so signed up. IF they have the event, it will only last one year.
5) PayDay - Again, one year and out.

Is my "weekend warrior" prep better than your prep?

Alright, with 82 people on the Message Boards and 70 Guests, it's time to open this thread again for conversation. Who wants to ask Tom or me anything about the NFFC or about football in general? Bring it on.
Oh, the talks with all of our NFFC members have gone great today. We have 96 in and three asking for more time to think about it. That's fine as we haven't even made the final decision on the prize pool yet. Let's get all of these onlookers in the contest and we'll REALLY have some fun.
But let's talk tonight. Ask away between bites of a steak sandwich from Subway.

A few thoughts watching the Rams-Chiefs game:
Marshall Faulk ran very well. Too bad the Rams' offensive line looks very suspect.
This just in: Priest Holmes is good.
Remember all those folks who thought Marc Boerigter was going to be a sleeper pick last year (OK, I'm mainly thinking about me since I was real high on him)? Well it looks like they were maybe a year off. He's getting a ton of balls thrown his way and looking good so far.
