Tom,

Can you explain how when I watch Sterling Sharpe on television, that he is a fluent speaker and somewhat well-spoken whereas when I listen to his brother Shannon on Sirius NFL radio, he sounds like he never was taught the ABC's ?

I think I can explain that. Sterling has worked in television for 10 years now. He was pretty awful in those early years on ESPN, if you recall. Shannon, on the other hand, has spent his retirement (only a couple of years, mind you) in poker halls and the WSOP.

Coming from varying environments such as these, it's no wonder that the Brothers Sharpe come off as having completely different backgrounds.

Sterling Sharpe, to this day, was one of my favorite fantasy receivers. Haywood Jeffires was another. They were around about the same time...Jeffires, I think was a little bit earlier than Sharpe.

Johnson vs. Gates is tougher. I'd probably keep Gates mainly because I believe there is enough talent at WR to find in the draft. TE is also deep but Gonzo and Gates are the two legitimate "studs" at the position so the chance to keep one would be too tempting to pass up.

Not much Glenn. He'll still put up quality rushing numbers, vulture TDs near the end zone and I think he should be able to 30 TD passes again.
