And with this being my first time bidding on FA, I went a little overboard myself-$301 on Lamar Gordan. I have Westbrook and missed out on Moats  (who was drafted in the 8th rd Chicago League #2). From what I have seen I paid at least triple what everyone else did :(
Remember GOD Loves You It's a good thing God Loves You.

I splurged $137 on Shaun McDonald and $1 on John Carney. What a long day of shopping, etc.

[/QUOTE]DYV, I like McDonald even more than Curtis on St. Louis...That was a good pickup by you...3 Sleepers of mine this year were Chris Baker(Yes I did draft him in 2 leagues), S. McDonald, and Mark Clayton of the Ravens.

Diesel - I drafted Mark Clayton a number of places as well. Anthony Wright actually helps his value IMHO... wondering if I should slip him in vs. TEN this week.

I wasn't on Chris Baker anywhere, but I did lean to Courtney Anderson twice!

Hmmmm

That's great. I send you a PM that you don't respond to and then call me out on a public MB.
Not a great way to win friends or share your faith IMO.

No way he would have EVER slipped back to ME at 9.10. Our draft was VERY QB heavy, as I saw one draft in Chicago where Brady went in the 8th round!! I really wanted Fitzgerald at 6.05, but felt I HAD to get a QB because a decent starter wouldn't make it back to my pick in the 7th round.

we got lamar gordon for $1 so you overbid for him, but if you wanted him that bad then money well spent. we made the mistake last year of not bidding higher and missed out on a few players we really wanted and finished the year with a lot of useless money

I bought Frisman in the NY Auction for $58. Sure he's probably a 1 week wonder, but I wanted the insurance in case he's not. If he gets targets this week I'll put him in later on as a bye week fill in (or better).

I got Frisman in the GEKKO league for $16 and feel any more than $50 for a #4 receiver is too much.
