Who's Coming To The 2006 NFFC And Where?

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Mon Jul 17, 2006 10:36 am

Brandan Mueller and Clint Struck of Schaumberg, Illinois had a successful 2005 NFFC season, but not nearly as successful as it could have been. The pair finished with a 5-8 record in Chicago League 2, but finished third in the league in total points to win $500, placing 38th overall with 1,704.2 points. Despite the tough record, this Bowl Movement team was within a few points of finishing second in the league and/or getting a wild card spot into the Championship Round. Bowl Movement then finished eighth overall in the Consolation Round with 566.2 points, again just missing a money finish. They are back in Chicago for the main event this year, closing out our third league there as we're working on our 12th league overall. Welcome back guys and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Okay, I'm back from four days of waterslides with the kids and Tom is still on vacation. I apologize for the blackout as usually I find a business center and stay on top of signups and the message boards. But the kids are now at an age when they won't let me get away for a few minutes and this time it was 24/7 family. Sorry everyone. But damn it was fun!!! :D With all the magazines we do and the baseball contest and the football contest and this year even a basketball contest, it leaves little time for Tom and I to get fully away, so we splurged this past week.

Eight new signups at least to report for the main event soon and several Satellite League signups. I promise to go into the office tomorrow and update everything. But right now....I'm still on vacation!!! :D :D
