Chicago has been a bit quiet this past week, but we're glad to say that we're working on our fourth league there thanks to the recent signup of Chad Tabler of Holland, Michigan. Chad is new to the NFFC family, but he's happy to be drafting in the main event at the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott on Saturday, Sept. 2nd. Welcome aboard Chad and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Who's Coming To The 2006 NFFC And Where?
No other industry web site sends their writers into high-stakes contests more vigorously than CreativeSports.com and once again Lawr Michaels is sending his writers into the NFFC fires in 2006. Lawr sponsored four writers in our National Fantasy Baseball Championship this spring and he's again sponsoring four writers in our NFFC main event this year. Kudos to you Lawr and to your site.
Let's give it up for three CreativeSports.com writers who will be competing in New York on Saturday, Sept. 2nd. Lori Rubinson returns for her second season of NFFC competition. Last year her Lori At CreativeSports team tied for the New York League 2 title with a 10-3 record, but she lost out on total points as her team finished 98th overall with 1,592.55 points. She went from possibly winning $5,000 to placing fourth in her league based on points, a tough break. I've competed against Lori in several leagues and she will be tough to beat once again in New York. Welcome back Lori.
Brian Walton of New Milford, Connecticut returns for a third season and this time he's expecting a money finish. His CreativeSports Walton team finished 6-7 in New York League 1 last year, totalling 1,313.45 points. Welcome back Brian and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.
Marc Meltzer, who is currently competing in the NFBC out of Tampa, will also make the trek from Jupiter, Florida to the New York Hilton on Saturday, Sept. 2nd for the main event. Marc is excelling in our baseball event and he's happy to wear the CreativeSports.com uniform for the first time in our football event. JP Kastner will be the lone CS representative in Chicago as he joins our competition for the first time at the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott on Saturday, Sept. 2nd.
Welcome aboard to all CreativeSports.com competitors and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prizes. Oh, and feel free to go to their web site for a free draft kit this year.

Who's Coming To The 2006 NFFC And Where?
New York is on a serious roll here as we've added 17 new signups to the main event there in the last 10 days. We had more signups in New York than anywhere else last year and it looks like New York will be tops again this year. We're at 62 paid signups there for the main event now and 172 overall thanks to the arrival of our newest member of the growing NFFC family. Let's give it up for Ira Kerker of Boca Raton, Florida, who joined our NFBC event this spring for the first time and now is trying his hand in football as well. Ira drafted in Tampa for baseball, but will be heading to New York for football. Welcome aboard Ira and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Hiya Greg,
Do you have an accurate figure of how many signups we had exactly at this point LAST YEAR ?
I am rooting for the 350 and wanna see if 174 more to go is doable!
Best of luck,
David
