Who's Coming To The 2006 NFFC And Where?
We now have six full leagues in the main event in New York as we welcome back another returning member from 2005. Let's give it up for the tag team of Rick Casale and Chris Cancredi of Brooklyn, New York as they will be joining us at the New York Hilton on Saturday, Sept. 2nd. The duo led their FOOTBALL FANATICS team to a 5-8 record in New York League 3 last year, placing 114th overall with 1,577.55 points. They are back and ready for a money finish this year. Welcome aboard guys and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.
Get on board soon if you're coming to New York as it's the only venue where our meeting room space is limited. See ya there.

Who's Coming To The 2006 NFFC And Where?
George Melbrod Jr. of Carlsbad, California is already partnering with Mike Cameron in the NFFC's main event in Las Vegas on Saturday, Sept. 2nd, but George will also be competing in the $650 Draft Champions League with his daughter Stacey on Friday, Sept. 1st. We now have 22 signups for the Draft Champions Leagues in Las Vegas and should have no problem filling up two leagues again there. We're glad to you have on board, George and Stacey, and we wish you best of luck in the hunt for the $4,250 league prize.

Who's Coming To The 2006 NFFC And Where?
We're having a heckuva day today as we just filled up our 15th league for the main event and we keep adding to the side events as well. Let's give it up for the return of another original member of the NFFC family as Thomas Greenwald of Hoffman Estates, Illinois will be returning to the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott for the third straight year. Thomas will be returning to the main event with co-manager Michael Sak and to the Draft Champions League with co-manager Alan Szczepaniak. We now have 17 owners in Chicago for the Draft Champions League as we're working on our second DC and Auction League there. Thomas and Michael had a solid season in Chicago League 1 last year, finishing fourth with a 7-6 record and placing 46th overall with 1,674.95 points. Ditkas IQ Buddy then finished 53rd in the Consolation Round with 503.50 points. Thomas and Alan teamed up to lead Shmoppies Hillbilly to a fourth place finish in the Chicago Draft Champions League with 2,327.05 points, again just missing a money finish. Welcome back this year guys and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize, $5,000 league prize and $4,250 Draft Champions League prize.

We're glad to welcome yet another new team to the NFFC family as we now have less than 140 spots left for the main event. It's always good to welcome fellow Cheeseheads to the NFFC as the tag team of Dylan Kolatzki and Jeremy Tutlewski of Saukville, Wisconsin will be joining us on Saturday, Sept. 2nd at the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott for the main event. Dylan and Jeremy are new to our live drafts and we welcome them with open arms. Thanks for trusting in the NFFC guys and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

I remember thinking a few weeks back, "Wow, Greg is going to need to average 5 signups a day to hit 350 signups. How is he going to pull this off?" Well, guess what? There have been more than 35 signups in the last week, which averages out to--yep--5 per day.
Let's get it up to 6 or 7 signups per day and fill this thing up!

Who's Coming To The 2006 NFFC And Where?
We begin our seventh league in New York with the arrival of another original team from the NFFC family. The tag team of Jason Cerato and Joey Liner of Baltimore, Maryland have been with us all three years and in fact they drafted in Las Vegas last year the morning before Jason got married!! What a wife that is!! This year they are returning to the New York Hilton and will be drafting in the main event on Saturday, Sept. 2nd. The pair led their Jones Falls Terrace team to a 5-8 record in Las Vegas League 2, finishing with 1,441.05 points. Jones Falls Terrace then made a nice little run in the Consolation Round, placing 24th with 537.75 points. Welcome back and best of luck guys in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Let's get it up to 6 or 7 signups per day and fill this thing up! [/QUOTE]Glenn, you can fill it up during the last month only if you have a nice base of returning owners to build from. We still have 135 teams from last year who haven't signed up for 2006 and I'm sure we'll get some of those back. Not everyone gets signed up before Aug. 1st, but with live drafts in three different areas of the country we can get a lot of last month signups. I certainly like the way they're coming in now.
Oh, and check out our ad in USA Today Sports Weekly by the fantasy football column. That can't hurt the live drafts or the main event. All is good.
