Let's hear it for the tag team of Anthony Raimone and James Burns of Bardonia, New York as they will be joining us for the NFFC's main event at the New York HIlton on Saturday, Sept. 2nd. Anthony and James led their PIZZABOYZ team to a 9-4 record in New York League 5 last year, placing 154th overall with 1,523.96 points. Officially, we have 23 spots left in New York, but trust me there are less than that available as I just need payment on several signups to officially announce them. Give me a holler if you want a spot in the Big Apple. Thanks everyone.

He's not an easy man to track down, but once I finally did I got him to sign up once again for two events in Las Vegas. It's good to welcome back the defending champion of the Las Vegas $650 Auction League 2 as Brian Maguire is back to defend that title and compete in the NFFC's main event at the Stardust in Las Vegas. Brian led Team Maguire to a wild run in the LV2 Auction League last year as his team finished fifth in the regular season with 1,586.1 points. It then posted two huge scores to win the first two playoff games and then defeated gigglin marlin in the championship game to walk away with $3,250. Team Maguire also finished 87th overall in the NFFC's main event with 1,603.15 points, while going 7-6 in Las Vegas League 6. Welcome back Brian and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize, the $5,000 league prize and the $4,000+ in auction league prizes.
