Who's Coming To The 2006 NFFC And Where?

I forgot to add this one yesterday, but Michael Lins signed up for the $650 Draft Champions league in New York and he becomes our 11th team there. It's possible that we could still fill all of them in New York, which would be ideal. Thanks Michael and best of luck in the hunt for the $4,250 league prize.

Aaron Smith of Wakefield, Rhode Island has just signed up for the New York Draft Champions League at the New York Hilton on Friday, Sept. 1st, bringing us to 12 live bodies in the Big Apple for that one. Aaron and his co-manager Chris MacManus are joining us for the first time, but Aaron said he's looking forward to this event and will likely join us in Las Vegas next year for baseball! Yeah, I love it. :D Welcome aboard Aaron and Chris and best of luck in the hunt for the $4,250 league prize.

We're creeping toward our goal of filling up 22 leagues for the main event as Matt Sterk of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa has joined the NFFC for the first time. Matt was interested in joining the NFFC Ultimate League, but will take one of our last spots in the main event at the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott instead. Matt is new to our family of high-stakes events, but we trust we'll have a long relationship together. :D Welcome aboard Matt and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Doug Cooke of Arlington, Virginia was an original member of the NFFC family in 2004, but his schedule didn't work out well in 2005 for us. Fortunately, Doug has cleared his work schedule for next weekend and grabbed one of the last three spots in New York for the NFFC's main event. Welcome back Doug and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize. We're going to fill this up in the Big Apple, it's just a matter of time! :D

Can I draft from TWO spots in Chicago???? In one league, I get a high pick, and the other a low pick.

I could run back and forth between tables!! :D

I'm kidding of course, but all this talk about seeing where we pick has me giddy!!!! :D :D

If you're real lucky, Billy, both teams will be in the same league and you can just switch chairs, kind of just walk behind the draft board between 2 and 13. :D At least the wait won't be as bad.

David Blake has moved from the second auction league in Chicago to the main event, giving us 81 signups in the Windy City for the main event. Let's get that one filled and then we'll finalize the auction league as it looks like we have a replacement for that team coming in soon. Thanks David and best of luck now in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Noland Langford of Buffalo Grove, Illinois has become our 82nd team owner in Chicago for the NFFC's main event and our 304th overall as we look to close out the live draft on Saturday, Sept. 2nd. Noland will be joining the NFFC for the second straight year as last year he competed in the Chicago Auction League. It's great to have you on board Nolan as we're going to finish with six full leagues in Chicago and we wish you best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Matt Meiers of Upper Marlboro, Maryland has become our 305th signup for the main event as he's currently scheduled to draft in Las Vegas on Saturday, Sept. 2nd. Matt is new to our live high-stakes events and we welcome him to our unique group of fantasy football die-hards. Matt was already planning a trip to Las Vegas that weekend and decided to jump in at the last minute, even if it meant being connected to one of the other cities via teleconference from the Stardust Resort & Casino. We will definitely accommodate him. Welcome aboard Matt and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.
