We will start the $150 Slow Draft #8 League today, but already we're getting signups for the next $150 Slow Draft League. We now have three teams entered, leaving us with ONLY 11 SPOTS LEFT!! This league will start once we have 14 teams, which could be before the weekend. We seem to be filling up two of these a week as folks view these as great practice leagues with nice league and overall payouts. 30 rounds, 420 players being chosen and no in-season FAAB makes for a nice setup.

Here's the current signup list for the next $150 Slow Draft DC. Sign up online or post your intentions here and we'll secure a spot for you. Thanks all.

How can anyone resist jumping in with Mr. Karant. Count me in. I'd love to see one of these done with a 5 hour clock instead of 10. Possibly the clock gets shut down during certain hours. Just a thought.

Greg and Tom:

Now that the debt ceiling has finally been raised, its time to start spending money on NFFC 2011. First stop, the $150 NFFC Slow Draft League #9. With the stellar Thomas Kay, Joe (a/k/a/ Money) and Mr. Karant on board, it looks like a good group to "learn" from . . . .

Best wishes for a prosperous NFFC 2011 season!

The whole idea of the 10 hour clock is to let folks sleep at night!!! These are called "Slow Drafts" by the way. :D Most of these 30-round drafts are getting done in less than two weeks, many between 9 and 12 days. Hang in there all. We're still five weeks away from real NFL games and all of these will be done well in advance of Opening Weekend. Enjoy the competition and have fun in these.
