Whoever the idiot was in the mixed LV/NYC draft that picked Manning 1st overall... good job, I want you in my league next year.

To the moron who then picked Daunte Culpepper 2nd, I have a money league and I would like you in it.

To the SOB that got LaDanian 3rd and the other lucky clover who got Shaun Alexander 4th - well... I hope you lost it later in the draft as the excitement overpowered you!

Greg - do you take the draft moderators out for breakfast in the AM? It seems like most of them had the same 'megaphone cereal' and couldn't speak in a moderate tone if their lives depended on it. Every pick was like someone announcing 'IS THERE A DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE?' - our league was great (Good job, Jeff!) ;)

I'm going to see if there is any mischief to cause in Vegas - night all ;)

Dave

DYV

Rob Bennetti was the beneficiary of this. His team is Ted's Cracked Head.
He did a nice job with the gift,

As I believe I did w/ Priest falling to 8th....

S&^t happens.....

After seeing that draft board and reading DYV's message above, I have only one word to say....

By the way, in my league the first QB drafted (around pick 9) was Culpepper. Another interesting choice if someone really wanted a QB. Just my opinion.

i guess getting Kevin Jones at 2.7 was a nice find then too right?

i also heard somebody had Dom Davis fall to them at 1.13...

Dave Dyv -

To anyone who plunks down $1250 to play in a high stakes fantasy football contest has every right to take Manning & CPep as the 1 & 2 overall picks. The way I see it...those two QB's had the MOST points in respect to the NFFC scoring system in 2004. It is a great call? Maybe..only time will tell. But calling them idiots is a bit harsh. I am sure your home league was grabbing S. Young #1 overall in 1997.

At any rate, good luck to all ! :D

must be our lucky day! Selecting Kevin Jones at 2.7 was a very nice pick by you, and I was surprised he dropped that far, but it's not even in the same ballpark as a Priest Holmes falling to 8th or Macalister to 2.1..thats just ridiculous.
