Question of the Week: No. 7 is No. 1
I found this information incredibly interesting. I can understand the fascination with No. 1, but why is No. 7 so appealing? And why isn't No. 2 more appealing (I'll take Priest or LT)?
Just as a point of reference, I just found out I have the 13th pick in Thursday's CBS SportsLine.com Experts League. Those two votes above aren't making me feel too good!!! Oh well, I'll let you know how that one goes after the draft.
Thanks again to everyone for helping us with this survey. This was interesting indeed.

No. 7 is appealing because b/c you have two #1 backs in LT and Priest at the top but after that you have five #1A backs left where there isnt a huge dropoff like in previous years so when the snake comes back around you are picking sooner than the rest without having had a huge dropoff in your round one quality from those that drafted 1-6. Plus, being at #7 there are no runs on any positions that you cant be a part of unless you didnt want to.

Deuce McAllister
Clinton Portis
Shaun Alexander
Ahman Green
So who is the mystery bona fide #1A tier back that we are missing?
Is it Ricky Williams, Edgerin James or Jamal Lewis?

Maybe he's just assuming some moron will take Peyton Manning at #5 overall in every draft?
lol
I'd put Jamal Lewis in that group of top backs.
