Just 3 in 3 separate years would be far more impressive to me than 2 in the same season. Don't even need to go to 5 to say it's more difficult IMO

We have 10 years of NFFC and WCOFF to go off...and zero repeat winners...let alone same year both-event winners.

I'd bet the same person wins either the NFFC or NBC main event 5 times in 5 different years, before one person wins both main events in the same season in football.

~Lance I agree Lance, EVERYTHING (and I mean EVERYTHING!) would have to go right in BOTH contests.

I feel I have done pretty well at fantasy football, but honestly feel I have a better chance of hitting a hole in one, and before I even get a chance to celebrate I get struck by lightning than winning BOTH events in the same year!

And by the way..... I don't golf!

Billy if someone offered you say 500 or even 300 to 1 odds on doing it your self you'd pass? Don't you think there are a handful of owners that feel they have that sort of a chance? Doesn't take too many top players until the odds of the whole field doing it would fall to under 100 to 1.

At 500-1, are you asking would I put down a side bet of $2,000 to win 1 million?

HELL NO!

I feel I have just as good of a chance as anyone else at doing it, but no way I put $2,000 down each year to find out.

It will be fun trying without having to put my extra cash up though! :D

wow, that surprises me. I expect some top owners would jump at 500 to 1. $2000 to win a million for a Top Manager would be a deal imo.

I expected more confidence...Maybe I have to wait for GG? ;)

I have plenty of confidence, but I am a teacher and $2,000 is a decent amount of change for me to throw down to see if everything "aligns" for that year.

As someone who has played for this being my 22nd year, trust me when I say, it would be EXTREMELY difficult for even the most seasoned player to do this.

Billy- we'll have to disagree then. I really believe there is/are at least 1 or 2 or even a few managers that 500 to 1 odds on doing it would be too low for.

I don't disagree with that at all LFW, but I wouldn't throw down $2,000 to win a million on a roulette wheel (36-1 or 37-1) ONE time to try and get an exact number.

I'm putting myself down as one of the favorites, and if I win, I will declare myself EXTREMELY lucky to win BOTH in one year! :D

My guess, I'll say the Insurance Co. is saying 20:1 I'll guess the cost for $1MM is $55M.

BTW, BW, anything is possible. I chipped in for Eagle from 40 yards out today on the 1st hole.

I've also had a hole in 1. You can do it and based on your record in NFFC, I'd lay odds of 200:1 on you winning both.

Noone here knows how well they'd do in the NBC format. It is new to everyone.

With that said, I'd probably put 20 players on less than 500:1 odds to win both.
