I don't see Harrison being a relevant comparison. First off, in 2008 he was 36 years old and coming off a major injury that for all intents and purposes ruined his career as a big-time No. 1 WR. Wayne is four years younger, is coming off a career high in receptions and hasn't shown any signs of serious decline and didn't suffer a major, career-threatening injury last season. Furthermore, Harrison was the Colts' No. 2 WR in 2008. He had already been passed at that time by Wayne. Whereas, Wayne is clearly still Indy's No. 1 WR.

Comparing Wayne this season to Harrison in 2008 is an extreme case of apples and oranges. Sorry, Rich.

I'd be willing to wager just about anything that if Manning and Wayne are both healthy, Wayne tops 60 receptions with ease.

Sounds like someone who knows a flawed analogy when he sees one.

I'd say the same thing if I hadn't drafted Wayne. I don't see any reason to compare Wayne to a washed-up Marvin Harrison.
