Week 11 WDIS?

Nicks, Meachem, Floyd, or Bryant at WR3
Bryant's gotten healthier lately, but I might give Meachem a shot this week w/ Bush unlikely to even travel to TB w/ the team and w/ Moore out.

Online Championships.....
Cotchery, Garcon, James Jones, or Floyd at Flex...
It doesn't seem like Jennings will actually miss the game, so Jones is risky. Still not sold on Floyd as anything but a sporadic semi-desperation play. Cotchery has the rookie throwing against a likely-angry NE D. Garcon, despite dropping more balls than the Colts would like, is still getting HEAVILY targeted by Manning each game. When he starts catching just a few more of those each game, he's going to score 20+ for his owners. Manning will torch the Ravens this week without Terrell Suggs and w/ Wayne and Clark getting most of the attention.

WCOFF....
Gibson, Nicks, Manningham, Meachem or Edwards at WR3
This one depends on your league standing and opponent and your other players' matchups. If you need a high upside player and can withstand the risk of a 5-pt downside, you could go w/ Nicks or Meachem. Meachem may be a little better though cuz of no Bush or Moore. If you have a more comfortable lead and wanna aim for a very good shot at 10-12 pts, Gibson has gained Bulger's trust and will likely be in a shootout, w/ Avery getting more attention than him.

WCOFF....
Wells, Hightower, Charles or any of the WR's above at Flex
Eliminate Charles vs. PIT. Tough call on the ARI RBs (too bad you can't play BOTH! ;) ). I wouldn't be surprsied to see STL hang pretty well w/ ARI in this game, causing ARI to have to keep their foot on the gas (i.e. keep throwing = Hightower). Again, it depends on your situation. If you have a comfortable lead and just want a conservative 10-15 pts, you could go w/ Hightower and his PPR chances. If you need to score big points to get in contention, then you might add Nicks (to go w/ Meachem).

FFPC.....
Snelling, Gibson, Crabtree, Evans, Keller at Flex (need 2)
Definitely Snelling. I'd roll w/ Gibson here too.

AFFL....
M. Bell, Manningham, Meachem, Floyd, V.Davis at Flex (need 2)
Though it's hard to ever sit Vernon as a TE, as a flex, there may be better options. He's really only had 3 big games, plus 4 9-13 pt'ers. Mike Bell could be useful vs. TB's terrible run D tho, w/ Bush out. With Bell, you could put all your eggs in the Saints basket w/ Meachem, or take the 3/4 chance of Davis' 10-20.

Sorry about all the requests, but big week....
Thanks for any help.

Glenn

Wayne Have to figure on a shootout (or at least SEA throwing a lot) and like the WR better than the RB in that situation.

YW Glenn. I hope we kick ass this week too! :D Our Primetime team is 70% Colts-n-Cards (facing STL and BAL): Manning, Clark, Garcon, IND DST, Boldin, Wells and Hightower. Add Moss, Harvin and Crosby to that, and I do like this team's potential. Classic will be a challenge at RB (as it has been all year). We are very likely to give LJ a shot this week over Bradshaw. Thank goodness for Snelling. Need our core to keep carrying this team though: Rodgers, Wayne, Colston, Steve Smith (NYG) and Vernon Davis.

Good luck to you too.

Cothery tough match up but same with Chambers i would think Cotchery is a little safer.

TO: 7/3, bye, 8/5, 7/3... 57/26/1
Washington: 2/2, 5/3, 2/2... 49/25/5

It sure looks like TO's still getting more opportunities, despite his horrible QB and o-line situation. At least this week BUF faces JAC - and they can be thrown on (16 TDs). However, since Vince Young took over in TEN, Washington has scored in 2 of the past 3 games - coincidentally, the only 2 TDs Young has thrown.

So the question seems to be, which do you trust more, "elitism" or "momentum"? With Gage still out, I'd roll w/ Washington here.

Good luck.

I'd ride the the hot hand of Washington.

[/QUOTE]Would you say Chambers has more upside? In this case, I'm looking more for explosiveness rather than the safe play. I'm fighting for the overall points in another contest and a $1000 prize.

Does that change things?
2008- Didn't finish last overall in the Classic.
2009- Didn't finish last overall in the Classic or Primetime.
