This deadbeat isn't just another Joe Blow, I think the Pete is wondering if he's another Rich Gannon.

Granted, you wanted him to spend all his money on Brandon Lloyd, but he chose to bid on two other players. Why are you telling this owner or any other owner who he should pick up? He's managing his team, he paid for it in full and he's trying to battle back from a team that was given to him with four DL players after he didn't show up on Draft Day.
Erick is in a lot of high-stakes fantasy leagues and he now has a tough road ahead because of what happened in Boston. But he didn't give up on this team and he's making moves and lineup changes just like you and everyone wanted him to do. Now let him manage his team and you take care of your own teams. Sound good?

did he pay his entry fee? paying your entry fee does not give you the right to screw up a league. if you buy a ticket to a sports event are you allowed to curse out a player or act a fool or curse and be a jerk. i know you cant control how a person runs his team and he spends his money but be a man and try your best. the guy played without a flex this week and didnt go after free agents agressive to make his team better. this is NOT a drama its a comedy.
I hear ya Frank, but this is not the first time this has happened (although this is probably the EARLIEST it has happened) and it certainly won't be the last.
Fanball really dropped the ball with the "protocal" (as Ryan put it  ) on how to select players for this team.
That however is OVER, and nothing can be done. I feel for all that had to draft in this league, and the fact it appears there is a "deadbeat owner" so early in the season SUCKS.
I'm not sure what Greg and Tom will do about this, but if history serves, they generally do not take over "deadbeat owner" teams.
I'm not sure why anyone would call him a "deadbeat owner" when he picked up players that he needed to get an active starting lineup. But you are right Billy, we have a lot of people who don't even change their starting lineups in Weeks 10, 11, 12 and 13 and you don't see other owners calling them out like this. This is crazy.
Erick picked up two WRs that he could start this week and he did that. Brandon Lloyd went for $333 in this league. Should he have paid more for that WR??? To each his own, but I wouldn't have bid more. So he got the players he needed to be active this week and we move on. Geez.

So now you're worried that this team will be too good in a few weeks?? I understand the h2h matchups, but as Frank said yesterday each team just has to keep scoring points and take care of their own business. I agree. Maybe when Frank plays Erick's team Erick will have a good week but Frank's powerhouse will have a BETTER week. Ever think of that?? I trust Frank and others in this very tough league are good enough managers to keep improving their teams, so stop worrying about them when they face Erick down the road.

and beanie wells as his flex. ...ANSWER THIS ONE FROM FRANK, Greg!!!...thanks much...GK
Yeah, he could have started Shockey in his Flex instead of Wells. I assume he didn't follow the Saturday reports as closely as you are Glenn. No question he could have done a better job there and started Shockey tonight. But should we see how many other owners screwed up this weekend as well?
Listen, you can call him out all year long and everyone else if you want, but what happened on Draft Day happened. He's improving his team via FAAB and working his lineup, just not to the SNAKE's satisfaction.
