how is your sprint to the playoffs going?

Post by cdavault » Mon Nov 22, 2010 1:54 pm

How is everyone doing? anyone in a good playoff race? what are the story lines? I love this part of Fantasy Season.

In the prime time i am in a very close race for 2nd highest points. (need Rivers to put up 30pts and the leagues highest points will be in first h2h as well.) I put up 147.55 this week to put me in 2nd points by 6.4 points! there are about 4 teams within 20pts. This is gonna be a tight one. All contingent on the leagues points scorer winning tonight and keeping the 1st h2h.

In an OC league with 4 teams tied at 7-3 and the points leader (Quahogs) at 6-4, he's had a terrible schedule. There was a point through week 7 where there were six teams at 5-2, been a crazy league.

Good luck "hanging on". :D

Injuries do suck but when you make good moves and manage your team through and around the injuries and into contention or the money, it sure feels good.

When fantasy football stops hurting, you might as well stop playing!

Good luck in WCOFF Weber.

On my way to the Catalina Wine Mixer !!
Projection 2010: Either winning my Classic LV/Chicago Dual League, or making it to the Catalina Wine Mixer.

Trying to make a run in the Classic, Primetime I am done. In the Classic I wont catch Cushard or Rozek, but slid into 3rd and playing for the 10% rule. This year it looks like it will take more points than the past couple of years to get into the top 30. What do you guys think, 1800-1850 to qualify? Need to average 150 to get to 1800.

I'm with ya Chi since you slid past me with that big week you just put up. It's too bad we have #2 and #17 with us as one of us is going to need the WC to make the dance.

Let me add again that the NFFC use of Wildcards is a welcome wrinkle for those teams that are deserving but just happen to have drawn the short straw leaguewise.

Scott I agree with you on the wildcard. Last year my leagues top 3 all finished in the top 18 overall. I have been shooting for the top 30 the last couple of weeks and rooting for Cushard to take points and HtoH so 3rd points gets some money and a spot. Lets both get the wildcards and see what happens. Good luck to Cushard, get that overall points title in the Classic.
