Thanks To Everyone In New York
I wanted to take a moment to say thanks to all of the folks who turned out in New York this weekend for the NFFC. For the second straight year, New York led the way in signups and while I know a lot of that is due to the fact so many of you just love to hang out with me for awhile I also know it's because we have a passionate and terrific group of people who have made New York their NFFC home.
It was great being able to see a lot of familiar faces as well as meet plenty of people who are new to our event. I tried to meet as many people as I could but things do tend to get a little hectic for me on Saturday -- especially between 12:30 and 1 which I'm sure a few of you may have noticed -- so my apologies if I wasn't able to talk to everyone. But hopefully all of you had a great time and were treated well by our staff. We take a lot of pride in the way we present this event and hopefully that was reflected in our approach Friday through Sunday.
I haven't had a chance to talk in-depth with Greg or Rocky yet so hopefully everything went smoothly in Vegas and Chicago as well. But for those folks who were in New York with me, let me say thanks again for taking part in the event and good luck to all of you this year.

Thanks Tom for a great time for my first NFFC drafts. Also thank you for all the hard work you and your staff did in making the weekend a success. It was great meeting the fellow members in each of my leagues. Looking forward to the start of the season. Many kudos!

One thing that was done in my league(chicago 3)that I would like to see in all drafts. After making the pick the person announcing the pick would walk up and down the table announcing the pick in a lower or regular tone.I know if someone is drafting by what other people like they are in trouble. But,it is so annoying to wait for a pick to drop. Then you hear the same player announced loudly a table or three away.

Thanks, Tom. I had a good time meeting you too.
One question though: when will we be able to submit our starting lineups?

Tom,
It was great to meet you. I think you did a tremendous job. No problems (at least that I am aware of.) The staff was great too.
First year in NFFC. One of the things that has led me to NFFC is the great service I have received in NFBC. You and great and great at getting responses back quickly on the board. I think you guys are very fair.
More than anything, you have a service that I trust, which is very important to me.
Happy to be a part of the leagues!
Thank you!

I have a suggestion -- when the facilitators call out who is on the clock and which players have been picked, it would be great if they could preface the team name with the league. For example, instead of saying, "Team 10 selects Samkon Gado," they should say, "Team 4-10 selects Samkon Gado" if it were league 4. There was a lot of confusion at times as to which draft names were being called in.
Also, I was in League 3 and we were slowpokes. People in finished leagues were pretty inconsiderate and our last two rounds were really tough given the roar of the crowd.
