Has anyone been able to confirm if only the 1st mag leagues are played out and the 2nd magazine drafts are not? And if that is the case, why?

Does anyone know?

Does anyone know? Tom and Greg said before the second set of drafts that those leagues might not be played out. If you do a search on the site I think you'll find the post.
