Who's Coming To The 2007 NFFC And Where?
We're glad to welcome back Ira and Matthew Kerker of Boca Raton, Florida to the NFFC's main event as they earned a free entry into the 2007 event with a strong finish last year. Ira and Matt drafted out of New York last year and led their Two84Gators team to an 8-5 record in New York League 7 last year, placing 130th overall with 1,592.35 points. Two84Gators then got hot in the Consolation Round and finished fourth there, earning the free entry into this year's event. Ira and Matt drafted out of Tampa this baseball season and they are returning to the Tampa Convention Center for football on Saturday, Sept. 1st. Welcome back guys and best of luck this year in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Who's Coming To The 2007 NFFC And Where?
The new signups keep coming in as we're already working on our 12th main event league among the four cities. Let's give it up for the arrival of a familiar face in Peter Berall of Montreal, Quebec, Canada as Peter will be joining us for the NFFC's main event at the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott on Saturday, Sept. 1st. Peter joined our NFBC event for the first time this year and liked the format so much that he grabbed a spot in our football event and is recruiting like crazy north of the border. A snowstorm/ice storm in New York in March prevented Peter from actually attending the NFBC event as he had to talk with his co-owner on the phone from Montreal, so he's looking forward to his first live appearance on Draft Day. Welcome aboard Peter and best of luck in the hunt for this year's $100,000 grand prize and $5,000 league prize.

Peter Berall has already recruited his first member for the NFFC as his co-owner in baseball will be taking his own team in football. Let's welcome Mitchell Moss of Montreal, Quebec, Canada to the NFFC family as Mitchell will also be drafting at the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott on Saturday, Sept. 1st. Mitchell is familiar with our setup as he was in New York for the NFBC's main event in March an he likes the 3RR addition to the NFFC's rules. Welcome aboard Mitchell and best of luck in the hunt for this year's $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Let's welcome Jim Mieszala of Hartford, Wisconsin to the NFFC's main event as he will be drafting at the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott on Saturday, Sept. 1st. Jim drafted in Chicago in March and his NFBC team is currently 51st overall. Great job Jim and best of luck in the hunt for the NFFC's $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

We're glad to welcome back yet another defending league champion to the NFFC's main event in 2007 as Bradley Miller and Granton Miller will be joining us at the Flamingo Las Vegas again on Saturday, Sept. 1st. Brad and Grant joined the NFFC for the first time last year and immediately turned their arrival into a league title and $5,000. They led their Miller Genuine Shaft team to a 9-4 record in Las Vegas League 5 and placed sixth overall with 1,823.75 points. Miller Genuine Shaft then placed 27th in the Championship Round with 512.34 points. Brad and Grant will also compete in the Las Vegas $650 Draft Champions League at the Flamingo on Friday, Aug. 31st and they hope to improve on last year's 13th place finish. Congrats on a great debut season guys and best of luck this year in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize, $5,000 league prize and $4,250 Draft Champions League prize.

Dave Kennedy of Steamburg, New York will be returning to the NFFC's main event this year and he won't even have to pay a dime to compete for the $100,000 grand prize. Dave won the Aug. 23rd $100 Satellite League last year as he led his Geronimo's Cadillac team to a first place finish with 2,282.65 points. Dave also competed in the main event last year as he led his Wagon Burners team to a 7-6 record in Chicago League 4, placing 117th overall with 1,602.15 points. This year Dave will be competing at the New York Hilton on Saturday, Sept. 1st and I trust he will try his hand at a few satellite leagues as well. Congrats on the free entry Dave and best of luck this year in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

We continue to work on a second NFFC Auction League in New York as we now have 17 owners signed up in the Big Apple thanks to the return of Scott Simonetti of Centerreach, New York. Scott has been in our NFFC auction leagues since 2004 and last year his Tao of Fandango team just missed the playoffs with a 6-7 record and 1,507.5 points. He's interested in doing a $1300 auction league in New York if the interest is there. Welcome back Scott and best of luck in the hunt for this year's $4,000+ in auction league prizes.
