We now have 24 teams for the New York $650 Auction League as one of our original NFFC members is back for the Trifecta again in 2007. They don't get much better than Frankie Mammola of North White Plains, New York as Frankie will again be competing in the $650 Draft Champions League, the $650 Auction League and the main event on Aug. 31-Sept. 1 at the New York Hilton. Frankie, his best friend and his son came to Lambeau Field last year to tailgate with me and to watch his beloved Jets kick the Packers 45-10 and we had a great, great time. His BLACKHAND team finished 6-7 in New York League 2 of the main event last year with 1,430.6 points and it also finished fourth in the NY Draft Champions League with 2,550.9 points. Let's get those teams in the money this year, Frankie!! Welcome back buddy and best of luck in the hunt for this year's $100,000 grand prize, the $5,000 league prize, the $4,250 Draft Champions League prize and the $4,000+ in Auction League prizes.

Who's Coming To The 2007 NFFC And Where?
We're on pace for three auction leagues in Las Vegas this year as the signups are well ahead of last year's pace. Our latest returnee for the $650 Auction League at the Flamingo in Las Vegas on Friday, Aug. 31st is John Barkow of Hartland, Wisconsin, who was among our first main event league signups. John had extremely tough luck in the Las Vegas $650 Auction League last year as his MASS DESTRUCTION team earned the third seed with a 7-6 record and 1,809.1 points, only to lose in the first round of the playoffs. We wish you better luck this year John and good luck in the hunt for the $4,000+ in auction league prizes.

Who's Coming To The 2007 NFFC And Where?
Tom Foster of Reisterstown, Maryland saw the post about a post-draft party in Las Vegas and that was enough incentive to get him to sign up for another NFFC main event!! Where's the ESPN party tickets, right Tom? Yes, Tom participated in our fun post-draft private party last year, but he also did his part during the season as he led his Uncle Ricos Cannon team to an 8-5 record in Las Vegas League 3 and finished third to win $500. Uncle Ricos Cannon placed 105th overall with 1,611.1 points and 13th in the Consolation Round. Welcome back Tom and best of luck this year in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.
