We Want You For Our First Magazine Draft & Auction

Tom, sorry to add to the mutiny here, but in drafts(ESPECIALLY AUCTIONS), if people aren't playing for money, the results are always not as they should be. When you talk to St.Louis, do you think you can ask if you can award "NFFC Dollars, 2011" to the winner, rather than a cash sum? If not, please remove me from the list. I'm sure you'll find enough players to do this without a prize if needed. I don't "mock draft" for the same reason. When there is no money on the line, some of the drafters are just winging it, and/or trying some bonsai method that they'd never try in a real paid draft.

*One final option...The NFFC can bill us each $50 and payout 100% to the overall winner? This could be your first $50 draft of the year. just reaching here, but this is something I would do.

Even if it was a $250 credit, I would play.

No one will give a "quality" effort if it isn't played out and there isn't some sort of compensation.

I notice many of the other magazines just use their employees to participate in these mocks for magazines, and the results are often not pretty. :D

Be the standard by SAYING that this league will be played out, and people will take the results a whole lot more serious.

Just my opinion. :D

If this isn't played out, I am not going to do the auction as well. I would really like to draft, but I have to take a day off, rearrange things, etc. If it is just a bunch of people bidding "whatever" just to be in a magazine, it doesn't make sense for me to do all of that. We can play these magazine leagues out. We'll set it up on the site and figure out the rest later. No worries there.

Thanks Greg...

Tom, pick a date please...I'll make sure I clear the day. I'm on vacation for the next few weeks.

Greg, all money won in these mag leagues are put right back into the NFFC every year. By using your clients that LOVE the NFFC, you know this money comes back to you every time. I have no idea if any dollar prize amount is soley in NFFC dollars. Just food for thought.
