Flamingo Room Block Ends Wednesday

Just a heads up for all of the folks heading to Las Vegas for the NFFC live drafts, we do have a room block available from Thursday through Sunday, Sept. 3-6. If you're making reservations there, please use the following information:

To secure a room at the Flamingo, call 1-800-732-2111 and mention the code SFFWP9 or mention National Fantasy Football Championship. Room rates are $159 per night, Thursday through Sunday.

If you can find better rates online, that's fine. But please make sure that you say you're with the NFFC so that they know how many guests are coming as part of our event. It helps with our contract.

Now you only get extra drinks at the Friday night reception if you're staying at the Flamingo!!

I need to fill my room block. Let me know if you're staying there at all so that I know who to take EXTRA care of on Friday night. Thanks.

greg , did you block rooms in nyc ? i called and they say 340 per night.

If you have a car, the Gold Coast Hotel is on Flamingo road (just west of the freeway), so a short ride both ways......I got $39 per night there......it was up to $42 over the weekend, but for three nights you can pay less than one night right on the strip.....that's a lot of cab rides, or drinks or other entertainment dollars in your pocket.

Greg, Booked rooms at Flamingo thru my airline. Fri. Sat. and Sun nites. Luxury go Strip view. Did not mention I was part of NFFC. Hope you can use this info to benefit NFFC.

[/QUOTE]No, we couldn't block rooms there because their minimum is like 250 guaranteed room nights. We don't take 10 percent of that, so we had to just have you folks book separately. Sorry and now it's crazy. Some guys got rooms there at $159 per night and someone just booked a room close by for $169. Sorry, but keep looking and let the group know if you find anything at a good price. Thanks.
