We're always happy to welcome newcomers to our events and especially if they're from Packer Country. Such is the case with Todd Brand from nearby Delvan, Wisconsin who has joined the mix in the Aug. 24 $250 league. Welcome aboard Todd and good luck in the league this year.

It's been an active day of signups for the NFFC Satellite Leagues.

Richard Clemenson of Clifton Park, New York has added the $250 league on July 26th, the $100 league on Aug. 6th and the $100 Draft Champions League on Aug. 13th. Welcome Richard and good luck in all three events.

James Cummings of New York City has added the $100 league on July 26th and the $100 league on Wednesday, Aug. 2nd. He's now in five satellite leagues. Keep 'em coming James.

Mark Moyer stumped for the $250 Draft Champions Leagues and then backed it up by becoming the first signup for the Sunday, Aug. 13 and Sunday, Aug. 20 leagues. Thanks Mark and good luck in each one.

I've been off the boards for a while so I'm sure I missed some info. Where do we sign up for the satellite leagues? I definitely want to get in 1 or 2.

Okay, it's time to push the next scheduled NFFC Satellite League as we're two weeks away from getting the drafting season underway. We're glad to welcome our newest member to the fold as Tony Clifton of Staten Island, New York has joined the $250 Satellite League on Wednesday, July 26th. That gives us three owners for that one and 11 open spots left. We won't hit anyone's credit card for these leagues until they are full, so get your name on the list and let's get it on. Here's the signup list for that one:

WEDNESDAY, JULY 26:
$250 SATELLITE LEAGUE, PAY TOP THREE SPOTS, 7 p.m. EST
1. Michael Lins, Hillsborough, New Jersey
2. Richard Clemenson, Clifton Park, New York
3. Tony Clifton, Staten Island, New York

Then click past the first page and where it says STEP 1 scroll all the way down and there will be a red highlighted link called VIEW NFFC Satellite Leagues. Click on that and the whole list will pop up. Then just click on as many leagues as you'd like to join. Should be fun.

Max Clevenger of Chillicothe, Illinois has joined the NFFC for the first time by signing up for our $100 NFFC Satellite League on Wednesday, Aug. 2nd. He becomes the fourth owner in that event, which means we have 10 open spots. Let's fill it up as the winner gets a free entry in the 2007 NFFC main event. Welcome aboard Max and best of luck in this league.

John Martelin of Rockford, Illinois becomes our second signup for the $100 Winner-Take-All Satellite League on Wednesday, Aug. 23rd and the second signup in the $250 NFFC Draft Champions Satellite League on Sunday, Aug. 27th. John is new to our family of contests and we welcome him to the gang. Good luck John in both events.

Rick Tittsler of Mequon, Wisconsin has become our third owner in the $250 Draft Champions League on Sunday, Aug. 27th. Rick correctly pointed out that I didn't list the payouts for this league, but it will be the same as the other $250 Satellite Leagues: $1,950 for first place, $700 for second and $250 for third. The $100 Draft Champions League on Sunday, Aug. 13th will pay the top three finishers. Thanks Rick and good luck.
