This is correct. You set your lineups on your league pages as you did for the first 13 weeks.kjduke wrote:For the consolation rounds - just want to confirm, no special links?

Hate these double line ups I thought I changed the correct one for my kicker and DF but chagned the wrong one when your in a lot of leagues easy to make that mistake...I just noticed it still had time to switch my DF they both play late but screwed myself at kicker.

I'm not a fan as well. 95% of the time I imagine someone would use exact same lineup.Henry Muto wrote:Hate these double line ups I thought I changed the correct one for my kicker and DF but chagned the wrong one when your in a lot of leagues easy to make that mistake...I just noticed it still had time to switch my DF they both play late but screwed myself at kicker.

Sure enough Janikowski just hit a 57 yard FG to go with his earlier 2 FG's. No way I can ever get these points back and if I end up outside the top 25 or god forbid lose out on #1 because of this I will be sick for years. Janikowski 16.7 so far and Tucker only had 6.5.
This was my team in 15th overall coming into the week those 10+ points will end up being huge I am sure.
Totally my fault but I thought I switched the right one in fact I go through and change all of them somehow this one didn't go through as frustrated as I have ever been because it wasn't a decision mistake but a input mistake.

Janikowski up to 20 pts this is the most painful thing I have ever been a part of in my 23 years of fantasy football.

Henry,
As someone who is not overly computer savvy, I feel for you. I hope it doesn't end up costing you.

Ended up throwing up a 191 anyway with Jets left tomorrow but those 14 pts will haunt me for a full week until we see how this turns out. It be something to overcome a mistake of this magnitude. Them the breaks I guess.

I like the opportunity to set different lineups, but do agree that the application used with different links is kinda of confusing and will lead to a lot of errors like this.
It might be better if maybe you had a single page to set your team roster for both Playoffs -- maybe with a check box button that you can click to "Play Different Roster" in the League Playoff, if that button is checked then you can make changes to a secondary lineup shown below the Overall Playoff roster.

The check box was the exact idea I had in mind, if it's even worth it. Take a poll of teams in league playoffs and see how many people actually utilized different lineups.CALI CARTEL wrote:I like the opportunity to set different lineups, but do agree that the application used with different links is kinda of confusing and will lead to a lot of errors like this.

It was a good idea to let teams set different lineups, but if the technology doesn't simplify things, it might be better to not allow it at all.

Re: Setting Lineups For NFFC Championship Rounds!!
I F'ed up yesterday. Set my lineup in my regular league because I'm in a playoff for the 2nd $3,000, and never set it for the Championship round. So RG3 and Bradshaw got to play yesterday. I have nobody to blame but myself, but, indeed, setting two lineups was never a good idea.
