Someone (the newspaper) MAKES that public domain. They also charge a fee for the paper and have advertising income to cover giving it away for free via internet.

Lou, UFS, or anyone that participates in a draft can also make it public domain by posting on a message board, e-mailing, etc.

We don't do that as a courtesy to the others in the draft, as well as it's not in our best interest to let the entire competition know our rankings/draft strategy.

But legally I think it's in our hands, and the lawyer fees to monitor, pursue, stop, and penalize those that take their paid for information public would be a negative income.

I'm not sure, but I would be willing to bet there are no footnotes attached revealing who you took in the 5th round in each of your drafts. Again, you are overreacting. But hey that's my opinion and I'm not going to let something like this ruin the glorious weekend that lies ahead. Good Luck all.

I agree about enjoying the killer weekend, Texas...I just rebel toward more legal mumbo jumbo being shoved down my throat, restricting my freedoms. They are trying to squeeze Lou, yet are doing something way worse than he did...monopolizing it via new disclaimer/terms of use, and profiting on another's idea while at the same time putting mud on his character...they need to look in the mirror re: credibility.

Party On!!!
Exactly...

Lance, how does info from 33 leagues EQUAL your draft data?

Especially with such GREAT VARIANCES in the data?

Pick #7 has a variance of 4 low, 12 high.
Pick #30 has a variance of 17 ow, 49 high.

How does that relate to YOUR DRAFT picks in this data?

How am I suppose to looks at this data and figure out whom YOU, KofQ, or anyone's strategy from it?

The only thing you get is a REMOTE idea of where a guy "may" go.

I'm not a lawyer. You "might" own YOUR DATA.

Greg's company owns ALL the data, and again, they have the right to do whatever they choose to do with it. They can sell it. They can do nothing with it. They can put restrictions on its use.

Lastly, you are not using the term "public domain" correctly. Please google it.
I can google hypocrite and then look through the NFFC message board posts to see how many and by whom dealt Lou bad press even after Greg set the terms he'd "allow", and Lou complied.

It's all nice and fair now...Greg's doing it.
