If there's a full Wednesday FAAB, I will need to go into lockdown mode that day. Very similar to the way fantasy baseball teams are managed on Sundays.

By the way, the title of this thread reminded me of this:

Nice Glenn!
[/QUOTE]The thing that is really going to help is having Monday evenings to do bidding. (During the game) At least we can get the kickers and defenses out of the way then. And since we will be doing bidding prior to the injury reports coming out, we can probably do a lot of the bidding on Monday as well. We're just going to be flying blind with waivers this next year.

I'm still thinking Weds would be the "big" day for waivers. Friday will probably be much slower. Mostly last minute injury issues. For that matter, Friday may as well be Saturday, say at 6:00PM.

Greg,
You have two natioanl contests. Why not have one with 2 FAAB periods and the other with just one. You will get a true read on what your customers think and I doubt it will impact either game. Just an idea.
Also, I don't believe your results are as conclusive as these folks here believe.

As Greg said, there is no way we are going to make everyone happy. We need to make a decision and stick with it, then, if there are issues, we change it for 2013. The consensus is Wed/Fri with the primary FAAB on Wednesday. Lets go with that. I do not agree on having different FAAB structures with the two different contests. For those of us that have teams in both contests, that would be brutal. It needs to be consistant throughout.

I believe the better, more "on top of their game" players will come out with an advantage with a move to two full ww's per week. By Weds evening they will know exactly who they want. Friday they can pick up the scraps and fill in injury issues.
Honestly, most of them know by sometime Tuesday ecactlly who they want to get in free agency. Waiting for everyone else to figure it out as we approach Friday must be nerve wracking.

Thousands play these games and free speech on these boards is a right. I understand you have an opinion that differs. This needs to be thought out a bit more carefully. I know of a number of players that will shift where they spend their dollars. This would be no differant than adapting to playing in a 12 or 14 team format. The best players adapt and adapt very well.
