Re: Week 2 FAAB!
Brown went for a reasonable $254 in my OC with the second bid at $211. I paid a stupid $117 for Brandon Myers being a Hernandez owner with no second bid. Picked up Richardson for $77 last week being a SJax owner. Saved some money there being proactive.

I actually had the winning bid in this OC league at 254 and felt that was too high. The only reason I bid that high was because I had Bradshaw. One of the other OC leagues I have Bradshaw and Forte, but lost out on Brown with a bid of 354.
Time will tell, but even if Bradshaw is down, I still fear that David Wilson will emerge. Its almost like Coughlin is teaching him a lesson or something, but Wilson was the "hot" name that everyone wanted to have two weeks ago until his fumble in week one.

You wouldn't feel the $117 for Myers was so stupid if there was a decent underbid ..... I bid $69 and got outbid and feel worseChi_Town_FEW wrote:Brown went for a reasonable $254 in my OC with the second bid at $211. Brown looks like a steal no matter what you paid for him.

What a disgraceful job by Carolina's coaching staff so far. I expect as much on defense from Sean McDermott, but the failure to take advantage of the Giants secondary in favor of shotgun draws, zone reads, and other gimmick nonsense is embarrassing.

agreed. set the tone from the first play. a truly awful game being called thus far.particra wrote:What a disgraceful job by Carolina's coaching staff so far. Well, I'm glad so far that I picked the right guy, Ramsey Barden. I was reading reports earlier today that Rueben Randle was expecting more throws his way but it doesn't look like it. I know the Giants don't like to overutilize their rookie WRs, i.e. Victor Cruz. Cruz did absolutely nothing his first year then he broke out...

Did you start him, though? I think a lot of people might have picked up Barden but left him on the bench.SS wrote:Well, I'm glad so far that I picked the right guy, Ramsey Barden. If you picked up Barden and started him in week three and had to start him may have some bigger isuues.
Re: Week 2 FAAB!
Not really. I'm sure many people who picked him up and started him were people with Nicks. That would include the teams that are currently 2nd and 5th in the Classic.Toscano wrote:If you picked up Barden and started him in week three and had to start him may have some bigger isuues.
