Just one Set Lineup here for the Cutline.

Correct.

Thanks Greg!

Completely agree Billy, I would love for this to be 12 teams. I don't understand the point of 10 man leagues unless you are in 7th grade. But hey, that's just my 2 cents. I'd love to see a vote if people would rather have it 10 or 12 just to see the results. But I've also found the DC's WAYYYYY less entertaining with 12 teams. If you don't have the challenge of picking starters I think they should be 14 team. But more leagues equals more profit for NFFC I'm sure so I don't expect either to change.

CONGRATS to everyone who won the $250 during the regular season. That was just Step 1 in the process to the big pay day. CONGRATS also to everyone who made it to the Championship Round, which included best head-to-head record and then most total points after that team. You now enter the first phase of the playoffs, which is your weekly scoring average from Weeks 1-9 plus your point totals from Weeks 10, 11 and 12. Good luck everyone. And remember that everyone in the Wild Card Round also are battling for overall prizes and a chance to reach the Championship Round.

The NFFC Cutline Championship has been well accepted this year and we are EXTREMELY PROUD of this new format. We will definitely survey our members for input on the format and make tweaks before next season. But yes, we are excited about the potential of this format and we believe the playoffs will be a lot of fun with our real-time Live Standings with the cutline. Enjoy and good luck everyone.

I do understand how our die-hard owners want every contest to be 14 teams as a test of football knowledge, but folks need to understand that for the NFFC to grow and add new users we can't have EVERY contest as 14 teams. Sure, the DCs are fun at 14 teams and you do learn more about the player pool in that format, but let's be honest here and realize that the majority of the 35 million people playing fantasy sports today don't play 14 team leagues. Most play 12 or 10 team leagues and to get those folks interested in the NFFC we need to cater some of our games to them. The 12-Team NFFC Draft Champions National Championship had a record year and there is no doubt that we'll keep that as a 12-team contest going forward.

The NFFC Cutline Championship could definitely be successful at 12 teams, but the goal of this format is quick drafts every night and an introduction for the casual fantasy football fan who can turn $125 into $50,000. 10 team drafts with 26 rounds were done in 2 hours or less and they were perfect. Going deeper will add more time and change this format completely. Again, this is an introductory game to the NFFC, yet there are enough reasons for die-hard fantasy players to join it. We agree with you guys that this can grow to more and more teams next year and a $100,000 grand prize is possible in a few years. We need to fine-tune a few rules going forward, but we love the response from all of you guys and we do believe we are onto something special here. But that special feeling involves 10 teams, 26 rounds and many of the current features we now have in place.

Thanks all and good luck going forward.

also if most points is the division winner....i have two leagues where i have most points and i was listed as the "Y" or "2" and not the "x" and the "1". I am assuming the X means division winner. So either I dont understand the rules or the coding is off.

Yeah, there aren't seeds from each league, just qualifiers. Total Points is the league champ for the $250 prize, but head-to-head champ had to be figured first for playoff spots. The main thing is that the top two teams are advancing to the Championship Round and now everyone is playing for survival based on most points scored. Good luck everyone.
