All you had to do is bring out Jimmy Graham with your first nomination for $182 and you would have had him!

I did end up getting him in the Chicago auction and probably paid a premium but I had him ranked as a top 3 TE so he was worth it to me. Sounds crazy but I think he's good for 80 catches and 10 touchdowns this year.

Wayne, Graham was my target TE...But here is what happened....I brought out Vernon Davis for $18 so everyone else can spend some money on the top TE's. And guess what? Crickets. Lol. I got V.Davis for $18. No counter. Lol. So he's my guy, just like that.

I was in that auction and you did have a few funny moments. It was a fun night... I was almost caught with Vick and Aaron Rodgers. I had just won the bid for Vick at $29 and it was my turn to start the next bid and I wasn't thinking and I started the bid on Rodgers at $25...then I began realizing I might not get outbid! It was the longest 3 seconds of my life before I heard $26.....

I did the same thing with Eli Manning, without anyone countering, but I still think $9 for Eli Manning is a steal I know he's no Rodgers, but Eli is $20 cheaper than Rodgers. The only other team that had targetted Eli had them down for exactly $9 too, so I was lucky to bring him out for that amount there.

There is way too much seriousness with some owners during an auction. I like to bring some fun into it. Like when I spent $10 on Woodhead... Because I could...LOL

I cashed in, in the NFFC Auctions THREE times, with the same kind of team I have in our league now. Without a "first round" player, AND rolling with 2 TE's....I need one or both of my RB's to report to duty this weekend for me to continue my success here.
