This is not about you two owners. Guys are willing to step up with big bucks to play in what should be a very competitive league. Let's leave it at that and see if we can get up to 14 teams. We're not there yet, but I think we can get there if this thread doesn't discourage everyone from getting involved.
Now enough of this and let's try to get one or two more Ultimate owners and 2-3 Super owners. Thanks all.

Greg,
If this 14 team super is a go and the Hard Heads happily compete in it, can you promise that once Snake starts with the daily stalking of one Billy Wasosky we can ban him from posting? Last thing I want to do is spend $2500 and have to listen to Snake and his obsession with Bill!

Okay, we have good news and bad news for the readers of this thread today.
Good News: It looks like the NFFC Ultimate League is full. Jeff Tirabassi of West Henrietta, New York has jumped into the Ultimate League on Sunday, Aug. 31st at 1 p.m. EST to grab the 14th and final spot. One of our owners is tentative, but we should have that cleared up soon. If you still want to get in, contact me ASAP but I think we'll be able to close this out.
Here's the dance card:
ULTIMATE DRAFT LEAGUE
Sunday, Aug. 31st, 1 p.m. EST
$5,000 per team
1. Mark Moyer, Laurel, Maryland (LV)
2. Chris Schinker, West Allis, Wisconsin (CHI)
3. Jonathan Lueth, Modesto, California (LV)
4. Ron Kraus, Medfield, Massachusetts (LV)
5. Matthew Bund, Missouri City, Texas (LV)
6. Will Tyrer, Beverly Hills, California (LV)
7. Scott Stauffer, Naperville, Illinois (CHI)
8. Chas McHaffie, Rancho Santa Fe, California (LV)
9. Larry Schechter, Rexford, New York (NY)
10. Brian Zeid, Aurora, Ohio (LV)
11. Mike Ward, Samford, Florida (ORL)
12. Paul Clein, Germantown, Tennessee (LV)
13. Jeff Tirabassi, West Henrietta, New York (phone)
14. Dave Cushard, Jackson, Michigan (phone)
This should be a lot of fun. Thanks all.
Bad News: The Super Draft League for later that day is falling apart and I don't think we'll be able to keep that one together. We just had too many time differences with the 11 owners we assembled and some wanted 12 teams and others wanted 14 teams. I'd make a decision tomorrow, but I'd say it's 95% a given that this league will not go off as planned.
Sorry folks but those things happen. Tom and I will reach out to all of those owners tomorrow and see if there's another main event or satellite league we could get them in.

We're running the NBC Sports charges this week and it will take some time and then we'll likely need to run these a few times for some folks. That still gives us plenty of time to announce the picks on the 21st and have fun with this league. 10 days to prepare for draft spots will be enough.
Thanks all and good luck.
