Texans coach Gary Kubiak said in a press conference Friday that Arian Foster (hamstring) is still considered "day to day."
"Until he's out there it's a concern, but everything is moving in the right direction," said Kubiak. Just reading tea leaves, the Texans' decision to hold Ben Tate, Derrick Ward, and Steve Slaton out of Thursday night's preseason finale may indicate concern with Foster's availability for Week 1 against the Colts. The Texans will likely continue to rest Foster until late next week, then possibly list him as questionable on the injury report.
