Mixed signals(?) in sidebetting, what now?

I think it was implied that it was whole season when he starts the bet and you are missing A Foster. Otherwise, you would skip the first week or 2. However, without anything in writing he technically can get away with this. Too bad you already sent him $ because I would think you would have a legit arguemwent to just cancel the whole thing and call it even. You should not have top pay him for lost weeks when your star is injured and then he backs out when he gets injuries. Lesson learned I guess. I think its weak on his part but what can you do ?
