Yeh, just like a kid in a candy store. No shooting from the mouth or hip. Just a response to post. Greg, thanks for backing up Chris. I'm out of here, Pops Fair enough Papa - you need more funny smileys and stuff in there so we know you're kidding around. I pictured a very red face and shallow breathing as it was typed out!

Thanks for the kind wishes... all I could ask for was a chance and it feels like maybe I've got that.

Dyv, I'm knee deep in baseball rankings and ratings tonight, so I didn't watch MNF. You enjoy the football and I'll have those dollar values ready for you and the rest of the NFBC gang when you're ready to talk some sticks and balls. Good luck in the playoffs, if you made it.

We finally agree on something today. The Incredibles was great, Polar Express was visually nice but only so-so with the story line. No SpongeBob at the theaters for this family yet.

Papa Cannataro, don't let these ol' boys scare you away. Trust me, their bark is worse than their bite. And besides, it's a new game now and your team stands as good a chance of winning the overall title as 31 other teams. The hard part is coming up, so best of luck to everyone.

Back to third basemen rankings. Dyv, how much is Jolbert Cabrera worth this year, not counting the aspirin I'll need again!!! Bahahaahha! Jolbert Cabrera cost me FA money 3 different times last year... love his stick if he could just get the PT... AL Auction sleeper at $3 and hope to steal him for $1 late.

Football is going well tonight... Julius Jones has 26.5 pts. for me tonight erasing a 13 pt. deficit and putting me up by 12. If I win this contest I end up winning the league. Julius Jones still playing but my opponent has Seattle D so it's not over yet.

Hmmm wish he was in our league where the first week we outscored every team in the entire contest.....except the team that beat us. And he is complaining....lmfao. Here it is if we get 98 points out of D. Jackson and the Dallas Kicker gets shut out we too will make the play-offs....I like the idea of 30 out of Jackson and 3rd place money....heck its something. GOOD LUCK to the 32 that made it. I like the idea of 30 out of Jackson too!! Don't like 34.45 though. LOL.

He just frickin scored. I can't watch. Gunna go see Sponge Bob.
Ughghh... don't waste your money. SpongeBob movie was horrible...

The Incredibles was good, though and Polar Express is nice.

Dyv
Sponge Bob did not last long enough.

45 seconds to go. Jackson has 28.3

Hope Jones scores with 1 sec left.
Jules is a Dirt bag and makes my luck.

What class..... Let's pretend we won a league before. BTW- I don't know what you were readng, but my lowest week was 119, not 87 (had no freakin' idea what you wer trying to say). I guess you don't need intelligence to win.

When have I ever talked smack? Pointing out quitters is just stating facts. Discussing issues is just talking. You have some problems and keeps taking the meds.

Rick, I'll see you in Las Vegas again next year. Sorry about the tough season, but maybe your luck will improve in the Consolation Bowl. I have this strong feeling you and Gerald will join us in Sin City again next year and this time we'll tip a few more beers together with Mr. John Deere and Dyv.

I sure wish I could have watched that game last night as it sounded like it had every NFFC member watching the points roll in. Instead, I was giving Jolbert Cabrera a $3 value and wondering how he's going to get 250 ABs on that crappy team.

Tamu will be there, he's an addict and he can't stay away ;)

Cabrera will scatter in his at bats just because he's so versatile. Don't worry about it, Greg - he's good for $3

lol

One lousy touchdown.....of course starting Jackson when all the reports had him out up until 10:00 AM our time a few weeks of ago, would have covered the 6 as he scored 30+ on our bench, or maybe it was last week starting Randall El over Bryant, or this week starting Fitzgerald over Randall El....oh well such are the vagaries of life ....CONGRATS to all of the Lucky 32 and to UFS for his 3rd place league finish -- leap frogging 3 teams in the last week and beating us by 6.1 ....why oh why did Jackson drop that second TD pass.....SIGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
