It was a conspiracy. Wait on QB they said! It'll be fine they said!

Bradford 1
Smith 1

Zeke 37
Miller 35
D. Lewis 15

Hopkins 44
Tate 34
J. Brown 17

Ebron 3

Yada yada yada

I personally thought getting 3 fringe 1st rounders for 116 combined was good. Overspending on Tate(who I love) and Brown were justified at the time. Ebron is a great value IMO. Obviously the wavier wire will be my friend with the QB situation. I thought Laveon at 40, Lewis at 15, Miller at 35, Marvin Jones at 8, Benjamin for 17 wow, and yes jordy at 34 were the best values of the draft.... Its a team that I feel can compete with really good in season management.

nice job by everyone last night. Thought everyone was prepared and ready to auction. Took 3.5 hours in total.....several were done in 3 hours though.

I'll host more of these as interest grows....as we head toward the season. All of those will be $125, $250 or $500 and either DC or FAAB.

Look fwd to hearing the analysis tonight on the Sirius radio show.

Here is my team. I'm happy with the result assuming Sammy is healthy to start the year. It was a very fun and unique draft as they all are. My strategy was to look for value throughout and try to avoid the top end WR prices. I knew I wanted/needed one WR in the 30-35 dollar range, but picking the spot to pull the trigger was difficult. Landry is not someone I was targeting, but WR2 pickings were getting slim at the point I took him. There were only a couple of WR2 that went for reasonable prices. There were several bargains in the WR3 range and great RB2 and RB3 values throughout the auction. I didn't want to go too low at RB and have to overpay at WR. We'll see how it works out. Thanks Andy for facilitating this.

QB-Cam Newton 19
QB-Philip Rivers 4

RB-David Johnson 37
RB-Devonta Freeman 24
RB-Ryan Mathews 12
RB-Isaiah Crowell 3 (regret taking him at any price)
RB-LeGarette Blount 2
RB-Andre Ellington 1

WR-Jarvis Landry 32
WR-Sammy Watkins 26
WR-Allen Hurns 14
WR-Laquon Treadwell 6
WR-Steve Smith 4
WR-Mike Wallace 2
WR-Michael Thomas 2
WR-Kendall Wright 2

TE-Gary Barnidge 6
TE-Charles Clay 1

K-Dan Bailey 2

D-Vikings 1
