Having a "drops" committee
Maybe this has been mentioned sorry if it is a duplicate. Why not make the drop list the top 1 thru 45 players drafted based upon the average top 45 players that were drafted in each of all the NFFC leagues including satellites in the current year. This would be etched in stone for the given year and if any of these players are dropped they can't be picked up. No if's or butts about it. Doesn't have to be 45 could be more or less based on what the powers to be feels like it should be. Anyone outside this list is free game. Of course anything that appears to be collusion can be dealt accordingly.
