Thanks boys, I'll be sure to rethink my entire philosophy as a fantasy football owner now.....but seriously, Jules and Don are the two squads I think have a great shot at things. Mekko, Gout, your squads don't scare me. Please remember the thread date and time, so that we can come back and look over what was said, claimed, and spewed. [/QUOTE]I love your conviction, the team I drafted last year (with co-manager, solo this morning) in LV2 got slammed and/or overlooked...we had a semi-last laugh by finishing 2nd.

In voting on your team at MDC, I did question the Droughns pick, especially at the expense of a stud WR like Chad Johnson or Fitz. I like RDroughns, don't get me wrong, but not as a #1 pick and not if it leaves me with DJax as my #1 WR.

Time will tell...

Sorry Snake... Won't compromise any owners June, 26 man roster drafting strategy. That is there perrogative. Although I was a bit mystified by the "Old-Timers" strategy.

I gotta hand to Ponch, he had me scratching my head on more than one occasion. But as he said, his unorthodox style often generates good results. Really can't count anyone out at this point.

As for Droughns, taking him at 1.14 certainly qualifies as going against the grain. There were many better choices (Cadillac, J.Jones and C.Johnson to name three), but if Droughns goes for 1500 YDS/12 TDs, you'll look like a genius and we'll all be eating crow.
