***SCORING CORRECTIONS***
Greg/Tom,
It appears that STATS is using the scoring corrections to fix the individual player stats, but not the actual game scores.
In Week 2, Maurice Jones-Drew was originally hit with a fumble. The scoring corrections that Elias released this morning removed that fumble from his record.
Reviewing my game score for Week 2, STATS still has me with 137.7 points:
Roethlisberger 15.3
Hightower 10.9
Jones-Drew 10.7
Owens 23.9
Evans 11.7
Williams 7.8
Cooley 12.2
Tennessee 19
Kaeding 12.4
Carlson 13.8
However, if you click on Jones-Drew, his scoring for Week 2 now reads 11.7 (which reflects the removed fumble).
Now it may just be that STATS needs to refresh the leagues (perhaps that will happen tonight some time), but as of now it appears that the stat corrections have not been applied to the NFFC games.
FYI -- Here are all of the stat corrections for Week 2:
Indianapolis Colts at Minnesota Vikings
Tarvaris Jackson: from 1 rush for 1 yard to 2 rushes for 0 yards.
Tarvaris Jackson: from 3 sacks against for 11 yards to 2 sacks against for 10 yards.
Vikings: from 35 rushes for 180 yards to 36 rushes for 179 yards.
Vikings: from 119 to 120 net passing yards.
Vikings: from 3 sacks against for 11 yards to 2 sacks against for 10 yards.
Tim Jennings: from 1 sack for 1 yard to 0 sacks.
New England Patriots at New York Jets
Matt Cassel: from 2 to 1 rush attempts.
Matt Cassel: from 3 sacks against to 4 sacks against.
Patriots: from 33 to 32 rush attempts.
Patriots: from 3 sacks against to 4 sacks against.
Shawn Ellis: from 0 to 1 sack.
Buffalo Bills at Jacksonville Jaguars
Maurice Jones-Drew: from 1 fumble and 1 lost to 0 fumbles.
Jaguars: from 2 fumbles and 1 lost to 1 fumble and 0 lost.
Jabari Greer: from 1 fumble recovery to 0 fumble recoveries.

Now I'm looking at Week One's stat corrections, and it doesn't look like these were implemented:
Chris Perry: from 18 for 37 to 19 rushes for 42 yards.
Chris Perry: from 1 reception for 5 yards to 0 receptions.
Carson Palmer: from 10 of 25 for 99 passing yards to 9 of 24 for 94 passing yards.
Jay Cutler: from 299 to 300 passing yards.
Michael Pittman: from 13 to 12 rushing yards.
Nate Jackson: from 4 to 5 receiving yards.
There were some defensive changes as well, such as 3 sacks (instead of 2) for the Broncos defense.

The scoring changes from Elias are being implemented according to our rules with changes through 6 p.m. ET on Thursday. I would assume the changes you noted above will be reflected tonight when scores are refreshed.
I know yesterday one change was made to Antwaan Randle-El's score as he was originally charged with a lost point for a fumble, but that fumble occurred on a punt return, so the point was restored.
I'll check on Week 1, but I was told changes were made in Week 1 as well.

Unless I'm reading the page wrong, STATS has Jay Cutler with 27.85 points for Week One. Based on the scoring correction (1 extra yard passing), he should have had 27.9 points.
I assume the scores are locked for Week One.

Perry's (3.70 scored; should be 4.20) and Palmer's (5.45 scored; should be 5.20) scores look to be incorrect for Week One as well.

MJD not fumbling and Roethlisberger gaining a reception (but losing 10 yards passing)? That's 1.5 big points for the main event squad!
Edit: Roethlisberger loses 0.5 passing yardage points, but gains 1 point for the reception.

Okay, I got the extra point for MJD, but it looks like Roethlisberger didn't get credit for the reception/loss of 10 yards passing.
I'll check again tomorrow...
