Anyone interested in a Hold’em Tournament in Chitown? Since there would not be a rake it would be perfectly legal (just a friendly game between friends.)
We could keep it low stakes (say $25-50 a head.) (Reminds me of the time I asked for change for a $100 in Vegas and the cashier said “Son in this town that is change.”)
Anyway, even if we could only get 8-10 guys I think it’s worth it. If we could not do it in the draft room I venture to guess we could use someone’s room etc.
Why should the guys in Vegas get to have all the fun?

If it's Friday Night, my partner and I are in!
Chicago Hold’em Tourney?
Since I’m in the DM league now we can do one both nights.
We need someone to bring the Hold’em set. I can buy cards if need be, but I’m sure someone has chips.
Let us know if you want in. (I’d love to have 7-8 teams in my league stay up all night drinking and playing cards.)

So do we have anyone that wants to do this? It is unofficial and not “sanctioned” by the NFFC, but we’ll still do our best to keep out any card mechanics. Come on I know you guys watch the WSOP all the time on ESPN. I’m looking for anyone that believes watching the WSOP makes them a decent player.
